Nice light functional smart band a great alternative to Fitbit
I'm a long-term (since 2013) Fitbit user and I wanted to try another brand and see what it does and use their app. I'm also using a Redmi Mi phone and I'm very impressed with this Mi Smart band as it has 4 easy changeable faces (and more if you want) and a very long (over 10 - 14 days) battery life before a top-up.

PAI is an excellent health measurement tool
I wish xiaomi continued to make this excellent fitness tracker, I bought this to replace a lost one. I particularly love the PAI health feature which isn’t available on many other devices. The only problem with this fitness tracker is the strap, my old one used to sometimes come undone , hence how I lost it, hopefully won’t happen again, this one seems more secure,
