Imaginative chord changes and very talented melodies.
Stephen Schwartz's Godspell music was one of the first full score music transcriptions I've done. I learned a lot about harmonic changes, voice leading, extended harmony just analyzing this music. Later on I analyzed Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and is was not that good. These recordings are very nostalgic, full of 70's tape recording flavor with lyrics that are so spiritually moving.

Definitely great, mint condition and over-the-top packaging!
Wow! It is amazing! I'm in my mid-60's and I saw the play a dozen times in Downtown Chicago. My friends and I were addicted to it. Back then I had the vinyl album! Played it so much ended up getting another one. I often thought of the many wonderful songs and thought, HEY, JUST ORDER THE CD! I love, love, love it and it brings back fond memories of my youth and countless good times.Thank you!

Just like I remembered the recording.
The case was cracked but the CD was good. It played without any skipping.
