From factory to firearm, a quality product!
Great factory product and came within a relatively fast time! Took these out to the range for some well needed shooting. Besides a few FTF, which I am sure happened do to breaking my new riffle in, they seemed to work as intended. Will be ordering more soon.. The more mags, the merrier!!

Thank you, Henry Arms! "Armalite" Lives On..
My Key Point on these is "Factory" origin Quality - at This Price.. They're becoming Hard to Find, but lesser quality items do exist - at Rising prices... The actual Market Demand is difficult to assess: The Original "Armalite" versions began with a Surge in sales - but dropped away quickly, in Time, and in Competition. I believe "Henry" picked up the Original Toolings, etc, to Continue producing these 'better' Packable/ Portable arms... but too many 'more Affordable' Alternatives followed, *almost* rendering these "Old Reliables" versions into some 'collector' status.. Since I Have One original "Armalite" version, Still functioning Well - these new "Henry" magazines are the Only ones I'll Trust!

Henry AR7 8 rnd Magazines
I ordered these to try in a couple AR7 Charter Arms survival rifles. I had failure to feed issues. They seem to work fine with the 50 or so rounds put through them. The spring holds the cartridge straight so it doesn't pop up and jam. Only issue I have with them is they are a snug fit and don't drop free without pulling them out. That doesn't bother me as long as they feed. So if you have feed issues with your older AR7 rifles, Give them a try. They seem to be working fine for me so far. A little tip for stock Charter Arms mags. Bend the feed lips a little at the tips to keep the cartridge straighter as it leaves the lips. This helps but may take some playing to get just the right bend.

Tight Fit and steady feed!
The magazines are very well made. Good fit and finish. They actually appear to be sturdier than the originals. My AR-7 is about 40 years old. They snap right into place and the ammo feeds well. A great value. They arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged. I'm one happy camper.

Great Magazine, a little snug for the Charter Arms version.
These are great magazines. If you have the Charter Arms rifle, keep in mind they may not exactly fit. Mine were 0.5mm deeper than the factory magazine. This was easily solved by shaving a little metal off of the front of the mag. DO NOT SHAVE down to where the plates meet, that would be too much. Break out the calipers or visit a gunsmith if you are not sure. After a little shave, mine work perfect and they solved the feed problem that is inherit to the model. Again, I would highly recommend and will pickup more in the future.

AR7 Magazines
If you want AR7 Magazines without paying full price plus shipping these are it, same exact quality as you would by from Henry Rifle but far less expensive. I always say if you find it on a retail website, you may find the exact thing on eBay for far less and avoid S/H charges plus high mark up retail. Would I recommend these AR7 Magazines....yes.

Replacement Magazine
This is a pair of replacement magazines for the Henry survival rifle (AR-7). In my case, I have a Charter Arms Explorer; and the magazines snap right into place. They are however, a bit snug, and do not allow for one hand release and removal like the factory mag. You have to manipulate the release with one hand and really pull on the magazine to get it to come out. They may wear in after a while though. They look good and feel pretty sturdily built. Always good to have a few extra mags to slip in your pocket. They're small and thin enough to not be uncomfortable - actually a lot smaller than the average cell phone or wallet. If you need some extra mags, these are pretty good. The price point is a bit too high though for these; and that's really what is keeping me from buying more. If they were half the price, I'd buy a ton more. Overall, a good product. Just a tad overpriced for what they are.

Reliable but a little rough
The finish on these is a little rough, so I would give them 4.5 stars of that were an option. That said, they are reliable and easy to use, and that is what I really need from a magazine. Just don't slice your hand open on the sharp edges.

Lowest price expensive clips I could find...
First the mags are actually the lowest price I could find and that's great but it DOESN'T mean it's a great value! Hell no! Way over priced but what's one to do? They are a little tight going into the mags well and don't drop out like it should, I may have to take crocus cloth or really fine wet dr I do recommend these though and think they are of good quality but one never knows until they know if you catch my drift but by then it's usually to late...y sand paper and take it down a little!

The Henry rifle magazine fit my Charter Arms AR-7 Perfectly, Works GREAT!!!
Fit the need perfectly, and worked like a charm! I plan on ordering more at a later date, but there are other items I need to get first . Item is a little pricey, but I guess that is what happens when it is a hard to find item!! Construction of this piece was done very well compared to the original and the function is simply perfect.
