Dont go with this item, get a better one.
Im sorry to say that the first time I hooked it up and pushed the left button, it fell out. I had to take it apart and fix it myself. I know the price is low but to break on first use being gently handled is just not good. I am familiar with electric and electronic items and can repair most household problems, The common person or elderly would be out of luck and it would go into trash.

works well and am so glad to be able to raise up my chair again
I was leary at first that it would match or it might not work. It fits (5 prong) and works great.
