Just good
Fantastic Diana Moran is an inspiration. I am 71 years old and self isolating so this level of exercise is ideal for me.

Great!
It was everything I wanted in a dvd. I cannot do intense exercise but wanted more than just chair exercises and it offers all I need for warm ups, cardio and cool down exercises!
