With over 40 years of experience, the Boss CE-1 guitar effect pedal is a tried and tested piece of equipment. First released in 1976, this Chorus Ensemble uses the same BBD circuit as the legendary Roland JC-120. Producing great chorus effects in stereo or mono, this Boss guitar pedal also includes a vibrato function. The Boss CE-1 pedal offers you separate controls for the chorus or vibrato mode to help you shape the perfect sound. For vibrato, this Chorus Ensemble has Depth and Rate controls while for chorus you get a knob for intensity. This sturdy Boss guitar pedal includes a Level knob to control the amount of effect applied to your clean guitar signal.

Vintage Boss CE-1 Chorus Pedal
This pedal is very large. Larger than most! The Chorus effect is on the milder side i would say. It has excellent tone, but if your looking for more extreme chorus effects this is not the pedal for you. Sounds best with mild chorus effect. As for the Vibrato, don't see myself using that very much. Had a vintage CE-2 before trying this out, and they are pretty similar. The CE-2 is cleaner and crispier in tone, but very pretty close to the CE-1. Considering the huge mark up for the CE-1 i would say it's a little overpriced. And don't forget the power cord and huge size which is not ideal for the pedalboard.

better than look excellent condition with good woner
This is my first purchase in eBay I love this pedal and this shop owner very polite,reliable,fair. By the way the product is look better than in the picture and excellent condition all function work fine.
