Behrenger Echo Machine EM600

Everything I need in an echo machine
Why Behringer stopped producing the EM600 echo pedal I'll never understand. Now that they're out of production, the prices are being bid way above the original $50 retail price. Grab one while you can. Great sound, easy to use. Some people complain about the plastic case, I think it's fine. Huge Variety of Sounds
This pedal has a huge variety of sounds to choose from. In experimenting with it I managed to get everything from some light acoustic reverb to crazy sci-fi sound effects. It's also a pedal that sounds decent coming out of a speaker and through a DI or headphones. I couldn't really find any discernible difference between the "tape", "digi" and "analog" settings but I may have to experiment more to figure it out. 3 Behringer Echo Machines Dead in 6 months
These are the most cheaply made pedals ever, and are not worth the bother. Almost every piece of Behringer gear I've ever owned(mixers, pedals, processors, mics, amps) has failed. I'm a professional musician(non-touring, non gigging) working in a private studio. Non of my gear is ever abused or taken out of the studio... unless it leaves in a garbage can. Worth the $$$ !
