Watered down formula
I have used Kenra moisturizing shampoo for years per recommendation of my hairdresser. Unfortunately Kenra changed the formula. It used to be thick … now it is thin and requires a couple applications to thoroughly clean the hair. I was so happy that I was able to find the old formula on EBay for quite awhile.
