Shiseido Benefiance Firming Massage Mask treatment takes about 20 minutes. Begin with a gentle cleanser and toner. Use the spatula included with the cream to scoop a small amount from the jar into the palm of your hand. Spread the mask on your entire face and eye area using your fingertips. Massage into the skin for about three minutes, as described in the detailed instructions found in the package insert. Allow the gel to remain on the face for about three more minutes. Wipe away with a tissue or rinse the skin thoroughly and pat dry. Depending on your skin type, you may follow the application with your regular moisturizer.
