30 Day Shred
This DVD is absolutely brilliant, but by no means think it's going to be easy!!! I love the fact each level is only 20 minutes long, so with two young kids, even I could find time to do it everyday. After each time I did the DVD I would feel muscles working that I never knew I had... a really nice feeling! I'm currently half way through level two and it's a killer. I even got my husband to join in a few sessions and he agrees it's tough work but already he has seen a difference in my body tone. If like me, you don't want to commit too much time but want fast results and you're prepared to work hard, then this is definitely the DVD for you.

Very impressive workout
Love this workout. Had many workout DVDs but this one is far the best, easy to understand and follow for beginners and more experienced and advanced if you want to get results this is the one for you. 3 different levels. each 20 minutes a day then progress from level 1 for 10 days level 2 10 days then level 3 for another 10 days

Brilliant fitness DVD
This is a great workout for busy people or those who dont like long workouts as its only 29 mins long. I have lost weight with these workouts in the past and getting back to a healthier lifestyle post lockdown again so using this DVD.

Great dvd
Great dvd, been using for a couple year (borrowed it someone and never got it back) so ordered another. Great results from just using a couple times a week. Especially with kids easy to squeeze 20 mins workout in. Love it deffinatley recommend to anyone

Amazing workout DVD, SO impressed!
Love this DVD, it's SO motivational and you can do an amazing workout from the comfort of your own home! Very impressed!

Great DVD - excellent value. I should add, if you don't have a remote for your DVD player, it's impossible to scroll down to play (unless your DVD player has button functions)!

What a workout
Excellent dvd, still only on the beginners workout but cannot wait to move up. Quite hardcore but fun. Short 20 minute workouts so you can fit it daily. Recommended.

work out dvd
does what it says works all your muscles and only 20 minutes sessions which is so easy to fit in to anyone’s day i’d definitely recommend this dvd for a workout
