Only Thing Better is a DAC
Many will say that sound cards these days are overrated and not necessary. This could not be further from the truth. The amount of extra details that can be heard is just astonishing when this card is matched up with an equally good set of headphones. Excellent sound quality.

Asus Constantly Essence sound card.
I have a very high end audio system and much of my music comes from streaming music or iTunes. I also listen to CD’s and FM but there was something missing from my computer generated content. There are many other sound cards out there but after reading multiple reviews I chose the Asus because it was the only one that did not have driver conflicts with the motherboard.
