Very efficient with a Pentium Dual Core
These are really great and durable. Mine had a horrible looking custom splash that not only looked horrible but also slowed the boot time considerably. That can be disabled using the .ZIP BIOS update on a bootable USB or CD/DVD. I don't spend enough time in DOS to remember each and every step but I begin by making a bootable USB with UNetbootin (FREEDOS option) and then extracting the files from the .ZIP to the USB drive. The drive then boots to :A so you have to change to :C where you'll see the .BIO and .EXE files. The .ITK file is worthless because the GUID no longer matches since the BIOS was modified, but there is an option to "load defaults" and you can read a list of possible suffixes to add to the Intel command for updating the BIOS if you run iflash with no options. It's really pretty easy once you get into DOS. Once the BIOS was fixed to my liking everything worked perfectly and with a Pentium E5700 dual core (3GHz) CPU coupled with 4GB RAM actual wattage used as measured with my Kill-a-Watt meter fluctuates between 48 and 65 watts depending on load. Works well and as intended

BIOS Flashing
I don't appreciate that you modified setting in the bios using a windows toolkit, for that I'm giving you two stars, because you inconvenienced me.
