Great book for beginners and experienced home wine makers
Great variety of home wine and mead plus recipes to try. I would have liked greater treatment to flower wines but understand that their basic recipes for flower wines are good for all types of flower wines. I am just getting back into home wines after 20 years ! This book will be a great help to anyone who enjoys making their own wines to share with others. I can’t wait to make locust blossom wine this spring. My absolute favorite! Absolutely ambrosia! Beach plum wine this fall!
