An excellent workout tape
Simple enough steps and instructions that anyone can do it, yet you can make it more intense and get an excellent workout. Leslie Sansone is lively, encouraging, and engaging here. The background music is fine. I MUCH prefer these CDs where she's by herself, to the ones where there are a bunch of people, awful, repetitive music, and there seems to be more gabbing than focus on the exercise!
