Can’t top up over the phone
Instructions should be updated, once in Brazil insert sim, receive a text message in Portugeys asking you to reboot the phone. Then call to register on your name with passport data but no way to top up over the phone anymore. You have to go to local kiosk and buy top-up card. They had none in SDU airport.
