Precor AMT 100i Changed My Life
I've heard it described as an elliptical on steroids, the AMT provides a good cardio workout that is gentle on knees and ankles. I prefer the motion and features of the older 100i units compared to the newer 800-series that I've tried in gyms. I've used this machine previously at a gym that I was once a member of and have always enjoyed it. It is great for someone who wants a great cardio workout with low impact (my knees are shot from years of running). Exactly what I wanted
