Worth a try
No idea how these work but I have been using them for many years now. They vary a lot in price so its good to shop around. The pleasant citrus flavour is not overpowering and if you suffer from night anxiety, waking up and worrying, they appear to calm the mind. Definitely worth a try at least once to see if they work for you.

Effective and soothing
Great value product much cheaper than buying it in a store. Helpful for sleeping as it relaxes the body and mind.

Really help to switch off at bedtime but...
Really help to switch off at bedtime but take at least an hour before for them to work. I really do recommend this product to calm an active mind.
