A Handyman Must Have!
I was shopping for a Swiss Army Knife when I stumbled upon a Swiss Army Knife VS. Leatherman Tool debate. I had never really compared the two, but I was interested enough to read about it. There were some pretty fierce followers of both camps, that's for sure! It was when someone from the SAK camp complained about the burden of carrying a LT in a pouch on the belt and it being too bulky for pocket carry when someone from the LT camp replied with pocket clip for the LT That's when they really got my attention. A pocket clip? Really? I have been working with these tools for so long, I never knew they even had a pocket clip! Then I heard the price! A pocket clip and a lanyard ring for right at 5 USD!?!? No way! I had to look for myself, and sure enough, there it was! I simply uses the tool lock already used for the locking tools. It slips into a slot on the end of the handle that I had never noticed before, on the same side as the file. It rides low inside the pocket so the end of the handles hide beneath the top of the pocket. When pulled out, it is in a natural position to open the straight edged knife blade. No offense to the SAK camp, but I think I found my solution for my needs. Honestly, I really wanted another SAK due to the fact that I lost mine in Hurricane Katrina and still never replaced it, but I already had two Leatherman Tools, A Leatherman Surge and Leatherman Wave. I like them both for different reasons, but the pocket clip just turned my surge into a perfect EDC tool and replaces my pocket knife at the same time. If you don't feel like carrying it in your pocket and want to put it back in the pouch the clip doesn't interfere with how it fits into the pouch at all. I would definitely recommend this product if you felt you wanted to try out carrying your LT in a comfortable in-pocket fashion. I am not sure all of which models the clip fits, but I believe it gives you a list of which tools can utilize the clip. * I would like to point out that I have read some reviews that didn't have such a positive outlook on the clip. They claim that it actually breaks/snaps very easily. I cannot attest to that........ yet. I also read that it moves back and forth quite a bit. I don't seem to have that issue. I just wanted to point out that I did know about those things being an issue for others, but for the price of 5 bucks, I figured I could give it a go for myself. At this point I have only been carrying it for for a couple of weeks with the pocket clip, but I am satisfied with it.

Another Fine Leatherman Product
Not much to say here, it is a quality part and does what it is designed to do as an inside the POCKET clip, not for belt wear. Easily installed on the knife, mine is a Wave, or removed when not needed. That's all folks..... RooDog

Great clip
This is a great clip for the Leatherman Wave strong well-built snaps into the multi tool positively. This is the second one I've had on a Leatherman Tool (the first one was lost with the tool) I never had an issue with it bending or coming loose when I didn't want it to. I would recommend this for others looking for a pocket clip. I imagine the lanyard loop would work just as well I just haven't used it.

Can't beat Leatherman
As usual, the Pocket Clip accessory perfectly complements my Wave tool. It does exactly what I want it to, does it easily and effectively, is easy to install and easy to take off and in typical Leatherman style, looks great while doing it!

Works great!
I always wanted a leatherman but I do not like carrying a pouch on my belt and didn't like stuff loose in my pockets, this was the perfect answer! I dont know how I got along without this tool all these years and it's all because of this clip that holds it tight where my knife use to be. I have had it about a a few weeks now and logged on just to leave this because I want others to benefit from it too. I feel like these accessories should come standard with the wave +

Excellent Product!
Bought this for my LEATHERMAN SURGE. Installation is easy and it serves well as a pocket clip . Do not use this as a belt clip, your tool will snag on something and break the clip. If you must carry your tool on your belt purchase a belt sheath!

Leatherman Wave accessories
Really felt I needed these added pieces for my Wave. They were just added security accessories that my Leatherman did not come with. I didn't need to lanyard loop so much as my tool actually has one built in, the pocket clip is what I needed. Really nice quality we've come to expect with these multitools. Glad I have it.

Awesome
This thing is rock solid holds my leatherman Wave with zero slip and feels like half the weight than carrying in bottomof my pocket, and to top it off its a actual Leatherman brand clip.

Great Option to carry a Leatherman
Fits great, and makes it easy to carry and retrieve the tool. I keep mine in right front pants pocket and have had no issues. More convenient than belt holster for me.

Nice!
Simple, cheap, and it works. Less bulky than the case, and perfect if you don't wear a belt. If the Leatherman is broken in and easy to open, I'd worry about using the ring, as the pliers might open while you are carrying the tool.
