Best shears ever!
I have been using this particular pair of shears for the past 22 years, since I worked in a warehouse that sold canvas and heavy materials for boats and car upholstery. I was told when I started working to get a pair of these shears and use them for every cutting job we did. I did that and continue to use them for everything. I have been a canvas maker for boats and vehicles for the past 22 years and have used this type from WISS over everything else. I keep trying to branch out but always come back to this style. When I found CRESCENT had purchased WISS I remained a bit skeptical but bought 4 pairs of shears and put them into service. Some of my employees cut everything with them and continue for a long time. I did buy a commercial shear sharpening fixture and can re-sharpen a pair in a few minutes. These shears are the best I have ever used and I have tried tons of different shears. My employees try their very best to destroy any shears that they are issued and these just plain stand up to abuse.
