What a bad that I waited for like Christmas... if you pay for your presents
You sold me a lot of conditioner in a defective bottle and the seal was broken when I got it the cap was not tight, the product leaked out the bottle. Come to find out the bottle had a crack in it too and the top face of the bottle was soft to begin with, I mean you could push it in... no wonder the damn thing had a crack in the top of the bottle. Biosilk bottles out the store are not weak at all it makes me wonder if your products are legit???? But have fun with my money now I got to put 34 oz. of expensive conditioner in a bag, thanks so very much for the inconvenience.

This is good shampoo and conditioner and, I purchase of from these folks because they have it priced very good. Even in Walmart it is too expensive.
