great for any age
my wife and I are 72 years of age and the Total Gym is great. the number of workouts that can be done is almost endless. very easy and quick to adjust from one exercise to the next. we have only had this for 2 weeks and notice a change in our bodies. most other exercise machines only target a couple of area's to your body. the total gym lets you work on the total body. Well designed and sturdy.
Have had only a month, use couple times a week. Still learning about features but overall am happy with purchase. Setup and foldup fairly easy, unit more solid and well made than expected for it's price. Just wanted a simple machine to do light excercise and muscle tone that is easy to use. Top quality and great price
I was very pleased with the quality of this machine. And it came with everything! I am new to this but am enjoying the workouts so far. Only down side is having to remove bars and attachments for various exercises. When I get better at this, I'll move from one exercise to the other with the same equipment attached. Just what the Doctor ordered
After years of T-25 work outs; I needed something a little less stressful on the joints. I loved doing it and it certainly made me feel great. However I wanted something with good strength training to go with my new less demanding cardio and the total gym seemed like a good fit. After 30 days I find it to be very enjoyable to do and I look forward to doing it. Well worth the expense!
We are an avid exercise couple. During this pandemic we have been unable to exercise as we ae accustomed. The TOTAL GYM is a great way for us to work out together and stay fit and healthy. It fits nicely in living room and does not take up a ton of space. An exercise chart as well as video demonstrating many exercises is included which is hugely helpful. Being able to increase the incline of the bench adds more resistance to each exercise. I lift 20-25 lb dumbells at the gym and this machine gives me a great workout. The only reason I give 4 not 5 stars is the time it takes to acclimate and educate how to use it safely. * if the buyer reads the instructions correctly there should not be an issue. Total work out
I am happy with my new total gym. It’s not the new one you see Chuck Norris using on television. It may be a couple years older model But it has All the same features and it gives you a great workout. I use to have weights and a bench but it’s not allowed in my apartment since the floor is made with ceramic tiles but I don’t need them with this machine. Excellent Product

Awesome real awesome workout.
I really enjoy using the Total Gym makes exercising fun and easy it has helped my shoulder and then slowly I was having pain in my rotator cuff I don't anymore. I paid just a little over $200 for it a perfect value and it folds up out of the way doesn't take up much room.
