The name says it all
I was a little skeptical about all the good ratings but thought I would give it a try. I really like it. It leaves my hair super soft and manageable. Especially the day after I have washed my hair (and slept on it) it is better (more bounce and not so flat) than any other product I have used. The Big Test was not using it every time I shampoo - even not using it the next time I shampoo, my hair is still better than before using this conditioner. It’s a Ten Really Is!

I wanted to love it, but I don't
I love the It's a 10 products. Their leave in conditioner is a must for me. I expected to love this deep conditioner, but I've used it 2x and I swear my hair feels worse. It feels and looks like straw. I thought I read that all of the It's a 10 products were sulfate free, but I noticed this tube doesn't have sulfate free on it. I have been using sulfate free shampoo & conditioner for years. I used my sulfate free shampoo and put the deep conditioner on and waited 5 min. expecting my hair to be silky soft. Salon-type treatment at value price

Best conditioner I've ever used! I didn't think I could have silky hair, but I do with this great product. More expensive than most store brands, but you don't need much either, so it goes pretty far, and to me it is worth the money. Works perfectly, but small bottle.
