High performance writing instruments at an affordable price
Waterman has always produced quality writing instruments from lower to upper hand models. The Kultur model offers craftsmanship, quality, and affordability, something that is difficult to achieve in a competitive environment. The fountain pen writes well, fits well in one’s hand , and deliver an optimal flow of ink that makes the nib glide on paper.

High performance on a budget.
Waterman is known for its quality writing instruments and even though the Kultur line is entry level or "student" the quality is high even if short on fancy. It really is all about the nib and this one is smooth and consistent.

Hard to find pen…. Least expensive Waterman pen, but still a nice pen with a good writing nib.
