Not easy to use.
Although the item is sleek and stylish, the problem I see is the lid is difficult to open, particularly if you have slightly greasey fingers and the small lid finger grip is too small to be useful. Therefore, unfortunately I shall be returning this item.

A Good unit to have.

Worth the money.
We had a similar Russell Hobbs jug blender, and think that this design is better. Performs well, so a good buy.

VERY disappointing!
Top is nearly impossible to remove. Managed it twice & it flew across the kitchen. Am going to return it before I've been able to wash & use it.
