Stick with it
I take 4a day which is great I take 2 on a morning AND 2 at night it took a few days to kick in but good now so long as I keep taking if I forget it lets me know as as the flushes clone but once taken it's good I put them next to my bed so when I wake I can take them without forgetting likewise when I go to bed

A Life Saver
This has really helped me keeping hot flushes esp at night under control. Tried a lot of other things like soy etc but nothing worked. The red clover in combination with a daily high strength sage tablet worked wonders and stopped the misery of dripping with sweat or waking up drenched. Very good product at a great price from a trusted company

Works A Treat For Me!
I've been taking Red Clover for several years now to help me cope with the menopause & it's symptoms. Having high blood pressure & currently on medication, hormone replacement could not be offered to me so after hearing reviews of this product I decided to give it a try & can honestly say that it has been a god send. Night sweats & hot flushes are greatly reduced, no longer am I waking during the night soaking wet. or putting my head in the fridge to try cool down lol. I don't know how I'd of coped if not for this product, I 100% recommend it.

So far so good. My hot flushes have lessened.
I’m happy so far, I have t been taking long but my hot flushes have reduced thank god.

Helps me with hot flushes
Red clover was once advised to me by complementary consultant advising me about the menopause. I tried it along side my HRT and found it very beneficial and helped with my hot flushes. I use it regularly and have found lindens red clover to be of a high standard.

Further review required
The product hasn't made a significant difference yet to my menopausal symptoms. I will continue and hopefully they will. Still using product

Hot Flushes
I've been taking Red Clover tablets for some time now and find that they do really help to alleviate hot flush symptoms.
