Just the best of both worlds!!!!
The TV I ordered was "oped box". The TV looks great. Know one would be able to see any differance between the open box TV and a new one. I didn;t know I would have to wait two days to set it up. I live in WI. and when it gets cold you need to let the TV warm up before you turn it on. That was the hardest part. The costumer service is the best in the country. I had several questions and Jenn put up with me in the most gracious way. I'm mean I had so many questions that I was begining to anoy myself! Great! I have always loved Samsung TVs.
