Good product and Great value
This is a great example of ways to save money by replacing worn out parts with new ones instead of purchasing an entirely new item. This product works perfectly and was very easy to install. I saved hundreds of dollars by replacing a single part.

Excellent Purchase!
The item was just as described and works perfectly with my Dad's hospital bed. No insurance would cover a replacement and the price of this product anywhere else was staggering. I'm so glad I found it on ebay. Great price, timely shipping, and overall very satisfied customer here!

Does exactly what it's supposed to do
Fairly easy to replace. My wife had to struggle some with getting the old connector out and the new one in. But that's also good so that we know it's not just fall out or even come out when pulled on. Perfect replacement if this is what you need.

Happy ole lady
Old remote was hard to push buttons and get it to work. This replacement remote was easy to change. Bed goes up and down like it did when it was new.

Perfect
This is perfect! I ordered one from Amazon that looked the same but it ended up not having the screwcap on the cord to hold it up on to the bed, so I sent it back and was pleasantly surprised to find this better one on ebay. I think it was even a bit better price! THANKYOU!

Just what I needed!
This was an emergency fix for me since my old one started going down hill. This one was compatitble & easy to plug in. It works perfectly! Such a relief.

Brand new
I was told this item was brand-new. When indeed you can tell it is used and broken. I gave one star because I'm so upset about this being broken. I have to tape it in place for it to work. Unfortunately I cannot return the item because I needed it so bad I am using it broken.

Hand control
The hand control work great! Easy to install and it came earlier than expected. My husband has no problem adjusting his bed by himself.

This pendant is the correct factory replacement. The original one wore out after the million or so cycles it's been subjected to. Sometimes, you just have to replace it with the right stuff!
