When PTFE tape is not thick enough
When ordinary PTFE tape is not thick enough to seal a threaded plumbing job without many turns, then Loctite 55 is the answer. In addition it is not necessary to use lots of turns to form a good strong seal. Highly recommended.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

My go to thread sealer

First time and no leaks or weeping.
First time I used it. No leaks. Used to use PTFE tape and as I'm not hugely experienced DIYER, it was hit or miss if it leaked or not. I feel more confident with this stuff , even though I did check it several times after. I won't buy PTFE again.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Works, but you need loads and it doesn't "lock tight"
