All you need in one kit
I have mod'd 4 mikes with these kits. No issues. Yes, you might source the parts yourself, but if for me it was just easier to purchase them all in one package. You can hear the mikes on my soundcloud site. Search "Live with Me Mixed via Behringer XR18" (Can't post links.) Good Mic

Every bit as good as the reviews say.
