The Sennheiser E935 is a cardioid vocal stage microphone specially designed to perform under pressure while cutting through the mix with its high output. Phenomenal Mic
This mic is amazing for low range to deep voices. It gives you more clarity and shine through the mix. I’ve been using Shure Sm58 for a while now and sennheiser 835 for a long time. They don’t do too well with my voice even though they are great mics. Those mics do great with altos and some tenors. This mic is perfect for tenors. I feel it’s more balanced for everyone. If your an alto or saprano or if you do a lot of jazz or r&b get the sennheiser 945. I tried a lot of mics but I decided on this one because it felt more for my voice then the others. Best Mic I have found under $200
As a solo Irish balladeer, my music varies from tender love songs to boisterous beer drinking and Rebel songs. The Sennheiser e935 handles them all without distortion with clean, clear power. it has excellent rejection in loud venues (maybe not as good as e945, but has never been a big issue). I have to say it cuts through and an makes my sometimes nasally voice sound smoother and more pleasant. Not that it colors the sound, but reproduces without harshness. I would buy more just to have as spares but my original has never failed me in 10-plus years. Couldn't pass up this deal to have a spare though. Great mic and price was right.
Excellent mic and I prefer it to the Shure SM58, which I have used for many years. Was worried a bit that it might be more delicate than the SM58, but heft is about the same, it too is all metal barrel and windscreen. And, it looks good too. Although this is a factory refurbish, it looks new and was packaged as if it was brand new. It also came with the factory warranty on it. I went online to register it for warranty coverage and that was no problem. Most importantly though, I sound good through it! Great mic, if you don't need an on/off switch
Phenomenal mic, great quality, only thing I would caution is that this mic does not have an on/off switch. Still works great and even though it's always "hot", have had not feedback issues, etc. In fact, I've forgot to turn my PA off at home and left it on for hours because it is so quiet. Just perfect
Great mic outstanding sound and a great weight to work with in your hand all day. I am a Auctioneer and found it preform at a five star rating. Good microphone all around
The mic I got was in fair condition and works great for my practice sessions. I haven't tried it live yet, but the sound quality and range are definitely what I was looking for. Very impressive!
Great natural sounding mic. Seems to have a very balanced sound from lows to highs. Resistant to feedback. The sound is on par with my Shure Beta 58, It's a toss up! Good clarity
Used an SM58 for years, and one day at a live event my '58 was up against an e935... the '58 sounded dull, muddy, and lifeless in comparison. Quite a big difference in clarity. The e935 is my main mike now, but it's not perfect either. Takes quite some getting used to regarding proximity effect, sound levels, tone, and hearing yourself in the mix. It doesn't behave like a '58, so there is definitely something there i can't describe that makes it a little harder to use than the '58. Best mic I've ever used!!!

Better than I expected
I was expecting the mic to be good but is much better than I expected. Extremely clear lead vocals with plenty of punch! I have been using an Electro-voice for as long as I can remember. They are great mics with excellent anti feedback circuits. However, they tend to be a little flat at times presumably as part of the anti feedback circuit. The Sennheiser has much more punch and also does not feed back even with the mic in front of my Bose PA system.
