This is my go to supplement when I feel I am coming down with a bug. This product wards off anything that is trying to get me down. If I take 3 of these capsules at the onset of feeling a bit ill, that usually does the trick. Three more if the headache or sneezing persists. Congaplex seems to chase the germs away!
