need time to adjust
I'm new to road biking with SPD shoes & pedals. I found my mountain bike pedals easier to get in & out of. I think once I get used to these & make the necessary tension adjustments, I'll be fine. Fortunately, I have not had to make a panic stop where I might not be able to get disengaged quick enough. Great Pedals.
