I quit w these. Any generic brand does not work!
I buy some of these cheap bc of the expired date. Still works great. I hv ones from 2019 on and they work fine. Get up in the morning grab a cup of coffee and immediately put one on. I forced myself do that and haven’t smoked OVER a month!! Im so glad. Hopefully i can start stepping down and eventually not use a patch at all

Stop Smoking
I just can not stop smoking. I've tryed and tryed. Trying again. Patches help alittle. But I start up again. I am not a good example for the product. You have to have will power. I don't have much.

It Works!
I have tried generic versions of the Nicoderm patch and they don’t work as well, and I experienced side effects. The real Nicoderm patch is the way to go if you want to quit. I put one on and realized that I hadn’t smoked in several hours. Feeling better already!

30 year smoker
I bought these and picked a date to quit after 30 years of smoking 1.5 packs per day. It is still not easy but is now doable. I have not smoked now for 4 days!
