You want the best this is it.
Glad to find the only pen that is completely reliable right to the last drop of ink. I used these back in the US Navy in the early 60's. Comfortable to hold, no leaking or skipping. Never had to scribble first to get them to work even if wet.

Great Pens! No Blotting! Write Smoothly!
I love these old fashioned clicker pens that are the same diameter as a pencil, and have metal clips that won’t break. These pens are a great value and support a wonderful cause! The pens are excellent quality, write nicel and are the best I found. I like them better than the Parker Jotter.

Quality & reliabilty
I’ve been using Skilcraft pens for my entire life. These pens write with uncommon reliability in all conditions, except maybe in the rain. The ink writes smoothly on any type of paper. The clips hold the pens in your pocket without being too tight to prevent free movement. The ink doesn’t leak even in high temps. These are work-a-day pens for working people. Added bonus: Skilcraft employs disabled Americans. You can’t go wrong buying these pens.

WORKS!!
If you are up-to-here with pens that do not work, or not for long, or have to be "coaxed" with a doodle-scratch on another page -all of that maddening "promo-pen" junk, get some of these! I have found them in drawers knowing they hadn't been used in a few years minimum and they write first time, no problem. I was impressed enough to search them out and buy these instead of "settling" for whatever is hanging at WallyWorld.

Skilcraft-US Government pens
The pens seem to be of a lower quality that the original pens, of which I have two. One pen had a bent cartridge, that I straightened and then it worked ok. The clicker mechanism will fall out when you unscrew the back to replace the ink cartridge.

My "Go to" pen
This pen is a workhorse. Great when working outside. I'm on my second box now. Safe if you still write checks because ink can't be washed out of checks
