Visually appealing, all the info needed, and in a practical format!
I'm not new to yoga, but I am new to Ashtanga. Having full page photos of each asana, with alternate modifications as well, is extremely helpful. I chose the spiral bound edition, so that I can keep it open on a stand next to me as I pose. Everything is in order and there is also an index to help you find what you need quickly.

Great Ashtanga Yoga Manuals!
These are great manuals-- the larger version, which is more user friendly than the current edition.
