The battery life is terrible!
I had to recharge these every two hours. I was not listening to music, or taking phone calls, just letting them 'hear' for me. Because I needed to turn the noise cancellation up to the highest settings in order for them to make any difference in my ability to hear other's talking in a hospital environment (lots of people talking around the unit desk) the battery would die in two hours. If I turned the noise cancellation settings to 'medium' (3), then I was able to get better battery life by about 20%. But on 'medium (3)' they did not make enough of a difference to be helpful. Even if it did, I would still only get approximately 3 hours total before needing to recharge. This is without listening to any music or talking on the phone! After speaking with the manufacturer, they said my batteries must be defective, and I should get much better battery life. I returned them. I was told they recently did a firmware update that helps battery life. So if you buy these, hopefully you will get much better battery life than I did. There is almost zero base with music, but music and phone calls are very clean, clear and crisp. Noise cancellation is also very good, but not the battery life in my experience. Maybe the firmware update will make them better. But I returned them before the update, so I don't know. But they are very good looking and comfortable in the ear. Light weight with built in bluetooth
The units do what they say they do , however one detail the maker does not make clear is that you have to have a smart phone to take full advantage of this unit. I do not happen to have a smart phone so I am limited in what they can do for me . I can access the Home ,Theatre and driving modes. The Bluetooth works but it only has half of the range of my Motorola PLt20 and as soon as you get more than 5 feet from your phone the Bluetooth sounds tinny.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Battery life doesn't last
I do love the quality of the product. I like that it enhances the voices around you and takes out the noise. I just wish the battery would last longer. I don't even use them for anything except for taking calls most of the time and the battery is gone usually in 3 1/2 to 4 hours. They live up to the manufacturers' claims

Only Issue I Have
They cut in and out while running connection to phone is horrible if phone is in pocket. I need to hold phone in hand to get good connection disappointing but when they work they do sound awesome.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Not my favorite experience
I tried and tried. Troubleshoot after troubleshoot. The charging case seems to charge just fine. No issues there. I cannot not get the earbuds to charge at all. Thus can not get any sound, let alone pair them with my phone. The manufacturer isn't sure if the problem is the charge case or the buds themselves.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
