Not bad, not great
I bought these just for celestial events. You will need a tripod for sure since hand holding a 20x100 zoom is near impossible. he tripod mount that comes with it is worthless. it's so flimsy and will shake like crazy. Buy the biggest stoutest one you can find. The optics a mediocre. I color rendition is only OK. I used to sell Celestron Optima a long time ago and the lenses were way better before. For example my Nikon 8X40 Action binos are much, much better for color and clarity. For looking at stars or planets they will do the job but you're probably better off just getting a fixed pair instead of the zoom version. Man in the moon is alive!
Celestron binocular was a great value for this product. These noculars work exceptionally well for long distance viewing, be it the stars, wildlife or land scapes. Well built, tough and easy to use. Celestron Skymaster
I am impressed. These are above average quality. I was expecting something with double vision and flimsy construction. Leopold, Steiner, Swarvoski and Zeiss are some of the best. The problem is I do not want to spend upwards of $500 for something I only use a few times a year.
