All I have been looking and hoping for!
Was unsure because of the good price but I have the same scanner and have had it for years and the bulb must have been burn out and it wouldn't scan. I plugged this one in I purchased from you and since my old was was programmed for my computer that's all I had to do. Thank you so much for making it available. Nice to be Scanning Again!
My original HP ScanJet 5370C Flatbed Scanner finally bought the farm after over 29 years of near constant use, so finding a replcement was a blessing! It took some time to get this replacement scanner to talk to my computer, but once my wife - the computer expert - got it figured out, all went fine. Luckily we still had the disc that came with my original HP ScanJet 5370C Flatbed Scanner, so that helped figure it out. Now, it has been scanning just fine! To early to tell
Currently I am having trouble with my computer "talking" with the scanner, but that is my computer's problem and not anything wrong with the scanner. Both are in the shop and should be good to go by Friday.
