Love it.
It heats very quickly, has a timer that has a cute little ding when it shuts itself off, heats evenly. I read a review somewhere that complained the handle got hot, but the handle on mine has never gotten hot....not even warm. Don't know what they were talking about. It's much smaller on the outside than my old, worn-out toaster oven, so it takes up less counter space...but the inside is just as roomy. It’s working ok so far.
The toaster came without the wire tray you place the toast on. Pretty important part. We happened to have one that fit , or I would have had to return it. That would have been a pain. A real space saver.
