Singer Model 3221
I bought this sewing machine for my wife. Here earlier Singer was so old that I had to Google in the user manual. Google recommended that I check for a "vintage" machine. After finding the information and then performing some maintenance, it did run but sounded like a "vintage" machine. That's when I ordered her the new Singer Model 3221. After reading the instruction manual and making a few adjustments, it ran very smoothly. It is quiet and easy to use, light enough for her to lift onto the table, Most importantly, she has made over 50 masks of different designs with no trouble at all. The more she uses it, the more she loves it!

Simple Singer - Lightweight and Quiet
Due to COVID - sewing machines are in short supply. My older sewing machine was on its last leg. This model was not my first choice but it works well for basic sewing and has all the stitches I need. It is plastic but it is pretty sturdy and quiet.

It is a mid range machine, so that I could afford it, not superior quality but so far it hs worked very well. I am happy
