Just buy it!!
This helmet is a superb bit of kit. For the money I took a risk and bought it, but was wondering if would be some cheap tack but I could not be more surprised and chuffed! It's also a quarter of the Stihl helmet, but look just the same! The visor is nice and big but not too big and very easy to see through, you hardly notice it's there. Just perfect The helmet has a great easy to use "turn" type handle adjustment that will fit any any shaped or sized head, as it also pivots up and down to clamp the back of the head properly. You just put it on and turn the handle til comfy and tight. I've worn mine whilst chopping wood today and it didn't overheat my head. The earmuffs are great too, I no longer feel deaf after using my chainsaw. But you can still hear what's going on around you. A really great product, I'm really chuffed I bought it. A good helmet
Very well made and easy to assemble. The real test of course is when something goes wrong and lands on the helmet or splinters hit the eye shield. The ear muffs are comfortable and stop most of the engine noise. I have every confidence that this helmet will protect me as it should if the need arises. Review of Forestry safety helmet

Great product, rubbish instructions
Would have given it 5*'s but..... This is actually very good value for money, what REALLY lets it down are the instructions ! It took me an enormous amount of time to work out how to fit the inners into the helmet using the supplied instructions, worse there are NO instructions for fitting all the other components but I did get there in the end. poor instructions to assemble
Unable to use as I'm unable to put together as the instructions for doing so were on the plastic bag, which unfortunately got ripped and thrown away. managed to retrieve but unable to read or understand. OK for infrequent use
The helmet part of this kit is pretty good and comfortable. The visor is OK but the mounting for it is flimsy. Time will tell how often it comes unclipped during use. The ear defenders are typical low budget design, they work when you move them to get a close fit but this is difficult if you wear glasses as the material covering the foam is a little stiff. Good value

Chainsaw Safety Mask, excellent buy.
The WarTec chainsaw helmet is excellent value for money, read the instructions carefully on how to build the helmet, use the original helmet picture as well, once built it offers you good protection for the price you pay. Strong item with plenty of neat features
This product is great. I use a chainsaw each week to cut logs for my wood-burner. I wanted a good, solid helmet which would protect against any wood being thrown back and this helmet is perfect. Should help to keep my ears good too with the ear protection!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Awkward muffs
