Excellent Martin & Co acoustic guitar strings
These are of course excellent Martin & Co light gauge acoustic guitar strings. I wanted a lighter, brighter sound, so I put them on another acoustic guitar I own and bought a set of D'Addario XL nickel wound EXL110 strings.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Eric Clapton Strings
I bought a cheap guitar by Martin Smith from charity shop that sounded terrible when I got it home and tuned it like constant palm muting. So I bought these Eric Clapton strings and though the guitar still sounds like I am palm muting when I am not it nonetheless does make a lighter and prettier sound. Though I was expecting these strings to be lot lighter than they are to play they are cool after short while of playing them especially when settled in a bit. I hate heavy strings that are too hard to play like heavy guage bronze strings. These Clapton stings are much lighter and easier to play. I put these strings on my guitar ,and it was vastly improved , these are great strings..you will not be disappointed

Money well spent!
Not as light as I expected. Seems to go out of tune overnight but after a month of avg use I like the sound. It is now stable and stays in tune longer. Maybe cos it's warmer now? 26 May 2020 update. I Love the sound!!!
