Really awesome workout!
I am so happy to have found the Cindy Crawford workout again! I used to love it when it first came out and had it on VHS but since those are pretty much obsolete I was happy to find on DVD. It came in very good condition and was priced well compared to others. So happy with my purchase!

Cindy Crawford - Shape Your Body
I LOVE IT! I have owned it on VHS for many years and just recently upgraded by purchasing it on DVD - I was fortunately to have found it. This product was so beautifully created - all the various scenes, the soundtrack, the switch in color schemes, a professional instructor, and excellent workout routines performed by such a beautiful woman.

A great work out!
I loved this work out 20 yrs ago and thought I would try it again. It holds up. She goes a bit too fast and I know proper form so I modify it a bit. I use it 3-4 times per week and am losing weight.
