Come Fly with Me ...
Cant believe they went to 4-- and all with George Kennedy. Airport - my favorite , engaging and believable with a great cast all around , especially Helen Hayes in her Academy Award performance (love the Pom Pom hat) other memorable performance's by Dean Martin, Jacqueline Bisset and Maureen Stapleton, her gripping scene feeling complete guilt over what her husband had caused brought me to tears-superb actor . Airport 77 - a good film, Jack Lemmon and James Stewart saved this movie from being sunk . I cant even imagine going into the ocean trapped in an Aircraft , frightening. Did enjoy seeing Lee Grant's character drown, I don't think I ever saw a character this woman has portrayed smile. Airport 75 - so hilarious ...loaded cast, but laughable seeing semi cross eyed Karen Black at the cockpit controls Of the famous cast -enjoyed Myrna Loy, Sid Cesar , Charlton Heston (at the Helm) Dana Andrews and the great Gloria Swanson in her Edith Head design. Helen Reddy, Linda Blair and Eric Estrada -a WASTE Airport 79- Not worth mentioning - YUK !! The DVD set is good -2 disc's double sided - watch those fingers ! Worth the Saturday afternoon lazy movie fest.

Great characters and story lines
This is a great set of Airport movies . My favorite ones are Airport 75 ,77 and 79 because the story lines are really good and the actors are great in these movies. I think the movies got better every year they were made. They are good to watch if you like a suspense filled movie and can't wait to see what happens next . Great dvds !

The Original Airplane! Material
The first Airport is the best of the four from a cinematic perspective, it has the most compelling characters and plots, such as they are. The later movies in the franchise are unintentionally campy, and seeing AIRPLANE! first I laughed when the source material that was played straight....The transplant patient and guitar playing nun, the slap-fest of hysterical passengers, and the TV anchor breaking news. Also entertaining was watching George Kennedy being promoted from grounds crew, to operations, and finally pilot of the Concord. Also watch for Frank Costanza walking off the set and onto Seinfeld without as much as a costume change.

No CGI, but entertainment at it's 1970s finest.
I purchased this for 1 episode, but found the others to be entertaining too. A trendy disaster film from the 70s when earthquakes, burning towers and sharks were all the rage. In this DVD you get all the airline disasters in a single package. If you grew up during the time of disaster films then this well maybe for you. No such thing as CGI here, but still a great effort.

Great compilation of these 70´s Adventure Airplame Movies. This particular pack is good not many extras but at least has trailer for each movie the first 2 trailers in 19X9 format and the last Trailers for the 2 last movies in 4X3 Format

Airport disaster movies
Whatever could go wrong aboard an airplane was portrayed in these series of disaster films. Actor George Kennedy starred in all four of the movies and in my opinion had the honor of playing the best character. Despite a who's who of Hollywood',s greatest and best known stars the plot lines seemed to take a nose dive ad the sequels continued. To me the first Airport movie was probably the best.

Great D.V.D.s great buy!
It came on time as well in almost prefect condition. The vedio was excellent and vary easy to watch! Just as I remembering it when I watched them at the movies theaitors!

“Airport- The Terminal Pack”.
A great series. I finally have the TV director’s cut of the third and fourth films and they are better than the theatrical versions. 3 stars go to all 4 films.

Airplane disaster thrillers
I love the airport movies. This was a 4 movie set. But, the 4 movies were on just 2 discs, so 2 of the movies were on the back side of the disc. Unfortunately , someone wrote on the back of both discs with black ink, and those 2 movies would not play.
