IT WILL GET YOUR HEART RATE UP!
I have tried all of Jari Love Video in this 4-pack. I have been using them a lot and over time has shown scratches and unable to play any longer, hence buying this DVD 4pack set. Much cheaper than getting them individually. My favorite is the TO THE CORE but it gets repetitious so I like to switch it up a bit. Amazing workout. It will get your heartrate up! I kid you not!!! It is perfect for beginners and down the road, you have the option to go deeper, up your weights and really challenge yourself.
