Nice workout
First off, I believe do to age the resistance band broke the first time I used it. This was not anything the seller or company did wrong. To fix the situation I to a flat type resistance band and joined it to the loop that the original resistance bands joined. Works beautifully, gives a nice steady workout. Good Workout
