Meets the need
While it does not come with a complete manual, you can easily find one online. For those of you that are not voip geeks or telecom savvy, if you incoming calls are not registering, change the voip gateway your ata is registering with if they have multiple gateways for your subscriber area. My outbound calls were being handled correctly on a gateway that I selected. It was inbound calls that were not. This was not related to voltage or cycles or waveform type immediately - this is based on the telco standards serving your area.
