Them bones, them bones!
I've had the pleasure to be in Paul Grilley's class before & he's an excellent instructor. The DVD is quite educational & should be required for anyone that plans to become a Yoga Instructor or Personal Trainer. You will not be bored. I am using this 4hr video for my Yoga Alliance non-contact hours.

Best Yoga Educational Video I Have Watched
This dvd did so much to expand my understanding of different bodies and how anatomy affects how the posture looks. Paul has students with varying anatomical structures to demonstrate. This dvd would be beneficial for teachers and students, and an essentail addition to any yoga library.
