weighted hula hoop
hi my first hula hoop it did bruise my side but not enough for me not to continue using, I started off 5 mins twice a day and I was out of breath to begin with after 1 week I lost 1 inch from my hips & 1 inch from my waist ( the bruising faded within the week) I've also bought a 1.4kg the second week which is smooth on the inside which I find atm to keep the momentum going I've put a photo in of the exercise I'm following I'm upto day 12. it does get easier once you find the momentum

hula hoop work out
I ordered this thinking it was just another fake product to suck u in but I am so wrong, I love my hula hoop an use it every day, I can definitely say my waist has got smaller and ppl have noticed which makes it even better, it does leave u with some brusing the first couple of times but that clears up, definitely worth a try, I'm delighted with mine and would definitely recommend it ☺☺

Fairly good quality for the money but not easy to collapse.
It is fairly good quality for the money paid. Take care when clicking parts together or attempting to collapse the hoop that you don't puncture it with your nails. Mine are short but managed to pierce one of the parts.

Brilliant!
This hula hoop is a great item, Very easy to put together and I have had it a week now and used every day, it has not fallen apart. Strong and sturdy and a good weight.

Hula hula
It’s so much easier to use compared to traditional hula hoops, we just find it a little floppy as it’s made up in sections but still great to use & great value for the price

Good value
Its over 55 years since I last hula hooped so first day it spent more time on the floor rather than around my waist. Gradually have now managed to keep the hoop round my waist, at the moment I am doing one minute five times a day, what I would like to aim for is five minutes in one go. Does hurt my stomach, hopefully will get used to that, easy just to pick up at home when you have time to do it.

Hula Hoop Fun.
Wanted to do a little bit of exercise and thought give this a go. Like all the other comments you do bruise a bit, but it's so much fun so stick at it have fun and trim up at the same time.

Good quality and effective.
This hoop is a bit big and heavy for me. I need to learn how to swivel my hips faster to keep it going. It's a serious bit of kit and should do the job of reducing my waistline if I stick at it and improve my technique.

Nice and easy to put together and the weight is just right with enough padding to soften the ridges. You can usually find me hula hooping in the kitchen whilst cooking dinner and although I haven’t noticed any difference in my waist size it’s still a good light core exercise.
