You Want This. You Need This.
If you only get one effects pedal for bass, make it this one. With the Micro Pog, you can set it to play an octave lower or higher—or both at the same time. Add the normal, dry bass sound and you have three tones. This baby can boom! (You might need a bigger amp to handle the super low notes.). You can also mix and vary the tones for infinite sounds—and it’s easy to set up. And a good size for a foot pedal. (You don’t need ballet slippers to punch it…)

Fills the gap
I was looking for a pedal to give me a convincing 12 string sound. When I received it at my office I plugged it in, as any responsible guitarist would do even while at work. One of the employees thought for sure i had a 12 string, so there you go. The band I'm working with has added some Byrds tunes to our covers as well as Kicks by Paul Revere and the Raiders. The pedal is just right for my board and handles it's assignment well. Only 3 knobs, so even I can set it with no worries as to what this or that does. Just set it to your tastes and roll with it. I have the dry signal and octave up set at 12:00 and the sub octave on zero because I'm using it to cover 12 string parts. However, it gets a nice church organ sound by adding some suboctave to the blend, especially with a little tremolo added. I don't currently have a need for that, but you never know. I've been playing professionally for 35 years and would have bought it a long time ago had it been invented. Until something much better comes along to get a 12 string sound, this pedal has a spot on my board.

Micro pog
Great little pedal for bass. Not only is it great for solos, it's also great for practice since it allows you to hear the small touches that are hard to pick up when playing low notes. Also fun with the guitar and sub octave!

Jack White in a pedal!
This is a really fun and useful pedal. It gets a lot of Jack White’s sounds, and it’s also great for getting a bass sound out of your guitar with the sub octave. It’s very easy to use. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

micro pog is good for adding to your mix, not sitting out front.
works well, isn't as clear as I was hoping from reading reviews, but it will live in the background of my bass mix where it belongs.

This pedal tracks really well-I like using it on my bass guitar for soloing purposes!

This is a great effect with straight forward controls. I plug my cigarbox guitar into it, and the guitar shouted, “where have you been all my life?“.

Worth it.
Tis magical. Want to have a double tracked Beatles sound on your leads? Boom, done. Want lush ambient organ sounds? Done. Want just a tad more fullness and shimmer? Done. With 3 knobs.
